Oh Kipperling mine
how your eyes shine
as we move from play
spot to spot

first stop : the stereo
you point and clap
music please!

oh hurry hurry
you look concerned
when will it start?

ah, there it comes
you nod your head
and point to the dancing lights

next spot
what’s this?
a tunnel in the hall 

we peer in together
down the bright red length 

then we wave to each other
each from our own side
then
we look in
and then we both look out
                                   to the side
                                   ha ha   hee hee
                                    there you are!
                        again
                        again
                        again  

then Kipperling crawls on through
from round end to end
            up and down the hall
once
            twice
                        thrice 

then on we go
            to the living room
where Kipperling climbs up the mountainous cushions
to peer out the window
and hand over items
one
by
one 

then gleefully puts them back
                        one
            by
one 

and then we are on the move again

Kipperling clutches one big person finger
in a perfect small hand 

            to lead us
