Warming Woolens

Thick or thin
when fall arrives
warming woolens
are welcomed in
and therefore taken out
of the Widow Wyile’s
wondrous wordrobe
to be layered and shed
as the weather winds
its way through its
autumnal round dance
cool chilly warming
up right hot what
winds are these that’s quite
the breeze excuse me
please hand that jacket
over here or I might freeze
